LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO--- The United Hockey League (UHL)
is proud to introduce a redesigned logo. The new
trademark has a more modern look that will represent the
league.
“We felt it was time to introduce a new image for our
league,” stated Richard Brosal, UHL President/CEO. “The
previous logo served us well, but as we constantly
strive for improvement, it was necessary that our logo
follow that same direction.”
The new logo also has an alternate version
commemorating the 15th season of the UHL which begins on
October 21, 2005.
Keith Flynn of Flynnagain Productions (www.flynnagain.com)
developed the new logo. Flynn previously created the UHL
10th Anniversary and 2005 UHL All-Star Classic marks. He
has also developed logos for several UHL teams including
the Adirondack Frostbite, Richmond RiverDogs, and
Roanoke Valley Vipers.
The new mark will replace the logo that has been in
use since the 1997-98 season, the first year that the
UHL changed its name from the Colonial Hockey League.
