Charlotte Checkers Unveil New Uniforms
 CHARLOTTE,
N.C. – The Charlotte Checkers on Thursday showed new
home and road jerseys for 2004-05. Both jerseys were
designed and created by licensed ECHL jersey supplier SP
Apparel, Inc.
The home jersey has a white body trimmed in navy blue
and red while the road jersey has a navy blue body
trimmed in red and white. Both jerseys have the Checkers
primary logo on the chest with a smaller version on the
right shoulder.
“The new jerseys will provide us with a fresh and
traditional hockey look,” said Charlotte president Jeff
Longo. “The fans are very excited about our return to a
more traditional style and we feel our new jerseys will
be very well received.”
