Mississauga IceDogs Unveil New Logo, Uniforms
ICEDOGS
LAUNCH NEW LOGO
The Mississauga IceDogs launched their new logo and
jersey’s prior to Game 5 Friday night. As seen above,
Mayor Hazel McCallion, Don Cherry and IceDogs owner
Mario Forgione sported the IceDogs new look.
Unfortunately for the ‘Dogs the new look didn’t bring
any luck, as the IceDogs were blanked 2-0 and now trail
their best of seven series three games to two. After the
‘Dogs completely dominated the first period of play,
Barrie scored the games first goal early in the second.
The IceDogs continued to pressure, but could not solve
Colts goaltender Paulo Colaiacovo. In total the ‘Dogs
fired 31 shots, but Barrie would add an empty net goal
to win 2-0.
The series will continue Sunday night in Barrie when
the two teams play Game 6, with Game 7 scheduled for
Monday night back at the Hershey Centre.
