Nike Releases New Look 2004 Jerseys For Miami Football

CORAL GABLES, FL – April 3rd, 2004 – Following the Geathers, Beard, Sikes and Wilfork autograph session, the new look Nike football jerseys were on display today at All Sports - the #1 Canes shop.

In store today were an away white and home orange #6 and home green #30.

Miami experienced a new look from Nike in 1995 after decades of sporting jerseys form Russell Athletic. Another jersey upgrade was made by Nike going into the 2000 football season and a sleeker look was implemented. Four seasons later, Nike has upgraded Miami's cutting edge look once again.

Changes will be noticed in several different areas. The two toned neck line, wavy front lines replacing straight vertical lines down the sides and most notably - a two toned stripe across the back side of the jersey. The rounded numbers introduced in 2000 are still the design of choice.
