MODESTO—The Modesto A’s Professional Baseball Club unveiled a new team logo on Wednesday afternoon at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Modesto.

“We are excited to open a new chapter in our team’s history,” said A’s General Manager Greg Coleman. “The local community has truly embraced the A’s, and we want to present a new team identity that reflects our pride in Modesto. We feel baseball fans everywhere will enjoy the new logo, and hopefully it will bring well-deserved attention to the great things happening in our community.”
